Basic Service

Mowing

Accessible turf areas mowed per customer service agreement. Grass clippings are mulched when possible, composted on site, or removed to an organic waste recycling center.

Organic Soil Treatment

Organic fertilization and soil treatment program customized to your region and soil type. Weed control available. (through In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes)

Trimming

Turf areas adjacent to curbs, sidewalks, driveways & patios trimmed.

Edging

Edging performed at start of service each season and maintained through the year.

Blowing/Clean-up

Sidewalks, patios, porches & driveways blown with each mowing.

Spring Clean Up

We will prepare your yard and beds for Spring. We will weed, prune perennials and grasses (other bushes and hedges as necessary), remove leaves and debris, and mulch if required. All debris will be recycled at a composting facility.

Fall Clean Up/Leaf Management

We will prepare your beds for Fall. We will remove leaves, twigs and debris from your grass and beds. We can weed, prune perennials and grasses (other bushes and hedges as necessary). All debris will be recycled at a composting facility.

Bed Maintenance/Shrub Service

Clean Air will weed and remove debris from planting beds throughout the season. We will spade edge beds once during the summer. Hedge, bush and small tree (under 7ft) trimming/pruning in the Spring and Fall.

Mulch Installation

Clean Air will install high quality mulch into your garden beds based upon consulation with you. Depending on the condition of the soil in your beds, mulch may be required along with Bed Maintenance.

Water Conservation Service

Clean Air provides education on best practice watering techniques. We can also manage your irrigation system for spring start-up and fall shut-down.
